How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page, or from My Orders if you're signed in. Once your order ships, you'll also get a courier tracking link.

What are the order stages?

Orders move through Pending → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered. Right after checkout, some orders briefly show as "Upcoming" while the seller confirms — this promotes automatically within 24 hours even if unattended, so nothing gets stuck.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Open the order from My Orders and use Cancel Order. Once shipped, you'll need to request a return instead.

Is there a discount for paying online?

Yes — paying online (prepaid) gets you ₹25 off at checkout. Choosing Cash on Delivery adds a ₹43 COD handling surcharge instead.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available in your area), plus your FairRate Wallet balance.

My payment failed but money was deducted — what now?

Failed payments are usually auto-reversed by your bank/UPI app within 5–7 business days. If it isn't reflected after that, please contact our support team below with your transaction reference.

Why can't I check out to my address?

Some sellers only deliver within specific cities/states. If your pincode falls outside a seller's service area, their products won't be deliverable to you and checkout will flag it.

How do I return an item?

Open the order in My Orders and choose Request Return within the return window shown on the product. Reverse pickup is scheduled automatically once the seller approves.

How will I get my refund?

Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method or FairRate Wallet once the returned item is picked up and verified. For COD orders, refunds are released only after the courier confirms pickup, since no payment was collected upfront. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of pickup.

How do I apply a coupon or use my wallet?

Available coupons can be applied directly at checkout, or browsed under Coupons. Refunds, cashback and rewards are credited to your Wallet, which you can use to pay (fully or partly) on future orders.

Do I need an account to shop on FairRate?

You'll need to create a free account to check out, track orders and manage returns. You can browse products without signing in.
