All content on FairRate — including the FairRate name, logo, design, and platform code — is the property of FairRate and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Sellers retain ownership of their own product content but grant FairRate a license to display it on the platform.
FairRate acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. While we take reasonable steps to verify sellers, we are not liable for disputes, product quality issues, or losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, beyond what is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
